Refund Policy

No refund after proper provision

After a paid service has been duly provided, the funds spent on it are not subject to refund. If the customer has changed their mind, did not like the service, or similar reasons, a refund is not provided.

When refund is possible

If the service was not provided in full or was provided in improper quality (balance was not topped up or the top-up amount differs from the paid amount; Boost, Premium, or Stars were not activated or differ from the order), the customer has the right to refuse the service by contacting support and receive a full refund or an equivalent service.

Consideration and refund period

Consideration of the claim and refund of funds is carried out within 15 business days from the moment the customer contacts support.

Deadline to claim a refund

A refund request may be submitted within 7 business days from the date when the service was to be provided, or from the moment the customer became aware of the improper performance.

Refund method

Refunds are made to the same payment details or by the same method that was used for the payment.
